The auction sale has to be advertised for 60 days before the auction can take place.

You can stop the foreclosure as follows:
  • Filing an "Intent to Cure". This must be done at the office of the Public Trustee, who needs to receive notice a minimum of 15 days in advance of the foreclosure acution
  • Pay all the arrears on the loan no later than the day preceding the auction date.
